Automated Contractor Solutions LLC ("ACS," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ACS platform at acsquote.com. We provide AI-powered SMS follow-up tools for home-service contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our platform, or receive text messages sent through our service.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and service area when you register for an ACS account.

Customer information: When contractors upload quotes or add customers, we collect the customer's name, phone number, and quote details (service description, pricing) to facilitate follow-up communications.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically via cookies and analytics.

Communication data: Content of SMS messages sent and received through our platform, message timestamps, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out records.

What messages we send: When a homeowner's phone number is provided by a contractor through the ACS platform and the homeowner has given consent to receive text messages, we may send automated SMS messages on behalf of the contractor. These messages include:

• Quote follow-ups — reminders and check-ins about a service quote the homeowner received
• Scheduling updates — appointment confirmations and availability
• Review requests — post-service review invitations
• Responses to inquiries — AI-generated replies to homeowner questions about pricing, scope, or timeline

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the follow-up sequence and homeowner replies. Typical sequences include 3-5 messages over 14 days. Additional messages may be sent in response to homeowner replies.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect any other communications.

Consent: By providing a phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on a quote or intake form, the homeowner agrees to receive the text messages described above from the contractor via the ACS platform. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No sharing for marketing: We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are used solely to facilitate the contractor's follow-up communications through ACS.

Carriers supported: The service is available on all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier-specific policies may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI message generation), SendGrid (email delivery)
• Contractors: Homeowner name, phone number, and message history are accessible to the contractor who uploaded the quote
• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, HttpOnly cookies for session management, and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. SMS message logs and opt-in consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with TCPA record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at jonathan@acsquote.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of text messages (reply STOP at any time)
• Withdraw consent for data processing
